Job Description

At Cint, our Demand Integrations team serves as the high-velocity technical bridge between our global strategic clients and our internal R&D organization. We are looking for a Senior Lead Integration Specialist to own a complex portfolio of at least 10+ high-profile global client accounts, acting as their primary technical advisor and escalation endpoint.

This is a hybrid profile: you will spend 50% of your day deep in system metrics and system logs executing platform-to-platform integrations, and 50% managing complex client lifecycles, project timelines, and cross-functional internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Commercial business units.

What You Will Do

  • Technical Portfolio Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end technical implementation and "white-glove" onboarding of Cint’s REST APIs for enterprise global partners simultaneously.

  • Log Diagnostics & Performance Triage: Act as a technical "Log Detective." Use observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, OpenSearch) to monitor integration health, isolate API bottlenecks, and execute data-backed performance optimizations.

  • Strategic Escalation & Ownership: Serve as the ultimate regional escalation point for demanding customer scenarios, managing high expectations and tight timelines under pressure.

  • Team Multiplication & Leadership Track: Provide framework guidance and priority management across a distributed team of 7 consultants spanning 3 time zones; this role holds a flexible trajectory toward formal team leadership and management.

  • API Advocacy: Review external partner documentation to assess architectural complexity, translating client business needs into product features or product bug escalations back to internal software engineering teams.

Tech Stack You Will Governance

  • Advanced REST APIs (Advanced platform-to-platform implementation & troubleshooting)

  • Testing & Development: Postman, Bruno, Git/GitHub

  • Observability Architecture: Grafana, Kibana, OpenSearch, Omni

  • Data & Systems: SQL, Linux environment

Who You Are

  • Global Communicator: Fluent, confident English (written and spoken) capable of negotiating technical timelines with EMEA/US internal leadership and external clients daily.

  • Proven Integration Footprint: Deep, hands-on experience implementing, troubleshooting, and stabilizing enterprise-level REST APIs (B2B SaaS lifecycle preferred).

  • Priority Architecture: Exceptional workload management skills with a verifiable history of balancing technical execution with client management without drop-off.

  • Latent Leader: Experience or strong aptitude for mentoring junior consultants, designing contingency workflows, and maintaining efficient transparency across engineering teams.

  • Bonus Points: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering, or hands-on capability in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Go).

Qualifications

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree. (Business administration, information technology, Market Research, computer science, information technology, engineering or related discipline preferred) or equivalent technical experience

  • Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks, as well as at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and/or Go)

  • Awareness of modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on application architecture and API infrastructure

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
