Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and proactive CyberArk Engineer to join our Identity Management Team. This role is critical in driving the adoption and optimization of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) toolset across the organization. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure PAM solutions, ensuring best practices are followed to protect privileged credentials and access to critical systems.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of CyberArk solutions including Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Central Policy Manager (CPM), and Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CyberArk with enterprise systems and applications.
- Develop and enforce PAM policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on CyberArk capabilities and roadmap to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CyberArk infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Conduct regular audits, access reviews, and reporting to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
- Support onboarding of privileged accounts and applications into the CyberArk platform.
- Stay current with emerging PAM trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the security posture.
- Strong experience with CyberArk PAM solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- CyberArk certifications (e.g., CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) or Defender) are a plus.
- Experience with cloud PAM integrations (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to SIEM tools and security incident response processes.
