About the role

Bloom Growth is hiring a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support our fully remote team and ensure a smooth, consistent, and positive employee experience. You’ll be the primary HR partner for employees and managers, running the daily HR operations that keep our people processes working seamlessly. What you'll do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting and candidate coordination.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain HRIS data, employee files, and documentation accuracy.
  • Administer benefits and support employee inquiries.
  • Provide first-line employee relations support and escalate when needed.
  • Process U.S. and international payroll accurately and on time.
  • Support compliance tasks (unemployment, EEO-1, salary surveys).
  • Lead the Culture Committee and contribute to internal communications.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and support ongoing HR projects.

Qualifications


Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–7 years of HR generalist experience
  • Payroll processing experience (U.S.; international a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, benefits, and onboarding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Preferred:

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
  • Experience in SaaS or remote-first environments
  • HRIS administration experience in Rippling
  • Experience with a growth operating system like Bloom Growth, EOS, Scaling Up, or Pinnacle
Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $80,000–$100,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. Bloom Growth™ follows an equitable, market-aligned compensation philosophy to ensure fairness and consistency across our fully remote team.

Location Eligibility

This role is open to candidates permanently residing in the United States, excluding California and New York. Bloom Growth™ also adjusts compensation based on geographic market data to maintain internal equity.
