The Role:
The HR Solutions Enablement Team builds effective, scalable, cohesive HR solutions that minimize redundancy and deliver seamless data and insights for a better end-user experience.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for implementing HR Technology solutions, through Workday as well as integrated third party technologies embedded throughout the Talent Acquisition process that drive our operations forward and remove friction. Additionally, this team also provides tier-2 support for our business facing end users.
We are looking to hire a Sr. HR Technology Analyst with deep expertise in Talent Acquisition technology configuration and implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, third party Talent Acquisition technologies, and working knowledge of other Workday modules. They should be eager to learn and apply new technologies, including emerging AI-powered tools, and bring a passion for innovative thinking and solution design. In short, we're looking for a Workday expert who is also a builder and innovator, ready to elevate our HR technology suite to the next level of effectiveness and user experience.
This role also requires strong collaboration and influence skills to work effectively with stakeholders across the business. The analyst will partner with teams to understand their challenges and implement optimal technology solutions that address those needs. Flexibility is key as this role may occasionally require working outside standard hours to support global stakeholders and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the configuration efforts to deliver projects, changes/enhancement requests and resolution of issues in Workday Recruiting, as well as integrated technologies across the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to understand their needs, gather complex business requirements and translate them into best practice Workday/technology solutions.
  • Support business users in validation of Workday processes, data conversion and integrations.
  • Analyze current processes, future needs and assess gaps between as-is and to-be processes. Provide best practice recommendations/solutions in Workday to bridge the gap, including data and security changes that are needed to enable those.
  • Support biannual Workday Releases, partnering with business stakeholders to evaluate new features and create adoption plans to implement them.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of ways in which business is conducted to recommend improvement opportunities for configuration and use of Workday, as well as other Talent Acquisition technologies, in addition to opportunities for automation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT professionals, and end-users.

Experience/Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday Recruiting configuration experience.
  • Workday Pro Certification in Recruiting is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Proven experience leading Workday Recruiting implementation or optimization projects.
  • Experience supporting or implementing Talent Acquisition technologies (i.e. CRM, Candidate Scheduling) as well as other HR technologies.
  • Excellent public presentation, design judgment, situational judgement, consulting, learning agility, quality orientation, end-to-end process management, process improvement and timely problem-solving skills a must.
  • Experience working in an agile project delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience creating and processing EIB files to support mass business transactions.
  • Ability to act with urgency, deal with ambiguity and influence without authority.

Compensation:
The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws.
The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.
  • The salary range for this role is $105,600 - $140,700. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
