You will be a thought partner during a critical phase of digital transformation and operational evolution, supporting organizational growth and leadership effectiveness in a fast-paced financial and healthcare services environment.
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role where you'll translate company-wide strategy into action at the department level. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership & Business Advisory: Serve as trusted advisor to Operations senior leaders across Health & Benefits and Retirement & Wealth verticals, joining leadership meetings and providing strategic input on talent decisions and business outcomes
- Leadership & Manager Coaching: Provide coaching at all organizational levels, from executive leadership on strategic effectiveness to managers on performance management, feedback, team dynamics, and employee relations
- Organizational Design & Effectiveness: Drive org design initiatives, conduct effectiveness assessments, and recommend structural changes to optimize workflows, capabilities, and team scaling
- Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Lead talent calibrations, succession planning, and collaborate with leadership and Finance on headcount forecasting and Talent Acquisition on strategic hiring
- Employee Engagement: Drive engagement initiatives, analyzing feedback, and implementing programs that drive culture and retention
- Change Management: Lead organizational changes with clarity and purpose, fostering high-performance culture, inclusion, and belonging through periods of transformation, including technology adoption and process optimization initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Employee Relations, other HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, Finance, and other business units to deliver integrated solutions
- Innovation & Future Focus: Proactively monitor emerging HR trends including AI in HR, skills-based talent management, and hybrid/remote work models to identify improvement opportunities
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage organizational health data across attrition, engagement, and performance to guide business recommendations.
Education & Experience Required:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on strategic business partnering in high-growth, dynamic environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven ability to coach leaders, influence without authority, and build trust at all levels
- Strong skills in performance management, organizational design, and talent development
- Experience supporting Operations, customer service, or technology functions preferred
- Experience managing contractor/vendor relationships and distributed workforce models
- Proven track record with large-scale change management including digital transformation, automation, and operational restructuring
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and setting priorities in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial or healthcare services experience
- Experience with offshore/nearshore contractor management and vendor workforce strategies
- Track record supporting technology-driven operational efficiency and process automation initiatives
- Deep understanding of service delivery operations including treasury services, transactions, SaaS implementation, and process mapping
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and distributed teams
