We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to elevate and evolve our brand across all channels. This role will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of Validity and owned web properties like Litmus.com and SenderScore.com, ensuring brand consistency while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Help evolve and maintain Validity’s visual brand identity across all platforms.
- Translate complex B2B concepts into compelling, accessible visual narratives.
- Partner with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to align creative with strategic objectives.
- Design integrated marketing campaigns including digital ads, landing pages, email graphics, social media assets, event materials, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Create high-impact assets for web, paid media, and product launches.
- Contribute proactively to website design updates and UI/UX enhancements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage external agencies and freelancers by providing brand assets, creative direction, and feedback to ensure alignment across outsourced work.
- 5-8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaign work, and digital-first design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems.
- Experience designing for web, email, paid media, and print production.
- Experience using AI tools and technology to scale production.
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience working for a high-growth SaaS company.
- Ability to interpret performance data to inform creative decisions.
