The Senior Partner Manager, Global Enablement will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing a comprehensive global enablement program for our valued channel partners. This critical role will focus on equipping both our partners' sales and technical teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to effectively position, sell, deploy, and support Netskope solutions. Reporting to the VP of Channel Operations, you will work closely with Channel Leaders, our internal Training and Academy teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive partner success and accelerate revenue growth through our channel.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and refine a global partner enablement strategy aligned with the company's overall channel go-to-market strategy and revenue objectives.
- Design, build, and deliver scalable sales enablement programs for partners, including sales methodologies, competitive positioning, value proposition articulation, and sales playbooks.
- Working with cross-functional technical teams, implementing technical enablement programs for partners, covering product architecture, deployment best practices, technical demonstrations, troubleshooting, and support.
- Collaborate closely with Channel Leadership to understand partner needs, identify enablement gaps, and ensure programs are relevant and impactful across different partner types and regions.
- Work in partnership with the internal Product Marketing, Marketing and Netskope Academy teams to leverage existing content, co-develop new materials, and ensure consistency in messaging and delivery.
- Manage relationships with external vendors or platforms that support partner enablement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity marketing
- 3+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or channel development within the SaaS industry.
- Proven experience designing and delivering both sales and technical enablement programs for channel partners on a global scale.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Training, etc.) and external partners.
- Experience utilizing partner portals, learning management systems (LMS), and other enablement tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and partner business models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ImPartner, Salesforce, and Skilljar is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Experience working with complex partner programs supporting multiple routes to market
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Experience working with and presenting to executives, field sales teams and channel sales teams
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry and knowledge of the partner landscape and technology alliance partners
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
