Job Description
 

As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with enterprise clients and our engineering teams to design and deliver innovative, LLM-powered agentic solutions. This role combines strategic product development with deep customer engagement. You will partner directly with customers to co-create use cases and translate complex business challenges into effective product workflows, ensure seamless implementation of solutions, driving measurable impact for clients, serve as the critical link between customer needs and our platform’s capabilities, aligning product development with real-world requirements. 

What You Will Do 

  • Manage the entire customer deployment process, from initial discovery and planning to execution and achieving measurable outcomes. 

  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to identify and prioritize requirements for tailored solutions. 

  • Represent customer perspectives in internal product roadmap discussions and sprint planning sessions. 

  • Drive structured feedback cycles with clients, ensuring their insights shape the platform’s evolution. 

  • Create reusable resources, such as blueprints, templates, and workflows, to streamline future deployments. 

  • Lead workshops and strategic planning sessions with stakeholders across client organizations to align goals and solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Customer Discovery & Solution Definition 

  • Partner with enterprise clients to understand their goals, pain points, and operational context. 

  • Define solution blueprints for LLM and agent-based workflows aligned with customer requirements. 

Productization & Delivery Oversight 

  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specs and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure timely delivery. 

  • Balance speed and scale - define MVPs, prioritize deployment scope, and iterate based on feedback. 

Feedback Loop & Internal Advocacy 

  • Gather insights from client engagements and deployments to inform internal product roadmap and prioritization. 

  • Act as the voice of the customer across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. 

Strategic Enablement 

  • Develop playbooks, solution templates, and reusable assets to accelerate future deployments. 

  • Support pre-sales conversations and executive workshops with high-level framing of agentic AI value. 

 

Requirements: 

Must-Have 

  • 3+ years of product management or solution consulting experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software. 

  • Strong understanding of AI agent workflows, LLM capabilities, and real-world business applications. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in customer-facing contexts. 

  • Ability to work hands-on with engineering teams in defining requirements and deliverables. 

Nice-to-Have 

  • An engineering background is a plus, enabling you to leverage strong problem-solving skills to enhance solution development and implementation. 

  • Familiarity with software engineering fundamentals, APIs, scripting, or prompt engineering basics to effectively bridge customer needs and technical solutions in a product management context. 

  • Prior work in industries like CX, CRM, compliance, or support automation.

Compensation Range

$146,000 - $195,000 - $244,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.  The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
