Responsibilities
- Build and maintain driver-based models for productivity and profitability.
- Run monthly close & variance; identify root causes, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain monthly P&L + cash flow reports and dashboards (company/BUs/products).
- Partner with Builders, Sellers, and Ops on opex, special projects, ROI, and investment cases.
- Support finance processes (hiring requests, procure-to-pay, travel) with clear guardrails.
- Translate productivity/profit drivers into operating strategies; align targets and drive execution.
- Drive quarterly reforecast and annual plan; coordinate inputs, scenarios, timelines, and exec readouts.
- Package insights for leadership: trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Level up the data pipeline → model → dashboard flow; tighten definitions and governance for drivers/KPIs.
- Automate recurring FP&A processes; document assumptions and keep models auditable.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years in FP&A, finance analytics, or related roles (payments, SaaS, FinTech, or gaming a plus).
- Executive-grade communication: crisp storytelling; influence cross-functional leaders.
- Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills.
- ERP/planning tools: NetSuite; Jedox; or similar.
- Accounting fluency (GAAP basics, revenue recognition, multi-currency) and strong cash flow understanding.
