ConductorOne is the first AI-native identity security platform that protects every identity: human, non-human, and AI. With powerful automation, platform-level AI, and out-of-the-box connectors, it centralizes access visibility, enforces fine-grained controls, enables just-in-time access, and automates user access reviews across all apps. It’s easy to use, quick to deploy, and trusted by enterprises like DigitalOcean, Instacart, Ramp, and Zscaler.

We’re on a mission to make identity security radically simpler and we’re looking for a Field & Partner Marketing Manager to help us tell that story.

You’ll be the marketing engine behind our regional and partner growth: building programs that create buzz, drive pipeline, and make our brand impossible to ignore. Think less “status quo,” more “let’s make some noise.”

What you’ll do:

Field Marketing & Partner Marketing

  • Develop and execute quarterly regional marketing plans aligned with sales priorities to drive qualified pipeline.

  • Plan and manage field events, executive dinners, and industry conferences (e.g., Gartner IAM, Identiverse) that connect with CISOs and identity leaders.

  • Serve as the voice of the field, gathering customer and prospect insights to inform messaging, content, and GTM programs.

  • Collaborate with technology alliances and channel partners to build joint marketing campaigns and events.

  • Own and optimize the partner marketing tech stack to ensure a seamless partner experience across enablement, communications, and lead-sharing workflows.

  • Lead partner communications, enablement, and co-marketing activities—including newsletters, solution spotlights, and webinars highlighting integrated identity security solutions.

  • Develop quarterly partner marketing plans to accelerate indirect pipeline growth through MSSPs, VARs, and alliance partners.

Cross-Functional Impact

  • Partner with product marketing and sales enablement to support launches and new feature rollouts.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize field and partner marketing ROI and identify high-performing campaign levers.

  • Manage regional and partner marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and measurable impact on pipeline.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with regional sales leaders, sales reps, partner reps, and cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, alliances, and GTM.

Who you are….
  • A B2B marketer who gets cybersecurity especially the IAM buyer and ecosystem.

  • Fluent in field and partner marketing - from ABM campaigns to joint events to enablement.

  • Strategic, creative, and not afraid to test bold ideas.

  • Collaborative to your core. You love teaming up with sales, product, and partners to make things happen.

  • Organized and data-savvy; you know what success looks like and how to prove it.

You would be an excellent candidate if you have….
  • 5–7+ years in B2B field or partner marketing, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.

  • Experience driving measurable results alongside sales and channel teams.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo.

  • Strong communication chops - written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Extra credit if:
  • Background in Identity and Access Management.

  • Experience marketing to CISOs, IT, and security buyers.

  • Startup energy. Bias for action. Get hands dirty attitude.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants.
