  • Customize global campaigns and content for local market relevance, ensuring cultural and business appropriateness.
  • Manage marketing budgets for the region, including MDF (Market Development Funds) usage and reporting
  • Represent marketing in regional business reviews and planning sessions, advocating for regional needs and providing feedback to central teams.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships and serve as the primary marketing contact for strategic alliances in the region..

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including at least 3 years in field and/or partner marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful regional marketing programs that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and partner co-marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and global environment.
  • Proficient with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo (or other MAPs), and project management platforms.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in the cybersecurity or enterprise software industry.
  • Familiarity with key partner types (e.g., MSSPs, VARs, GSIs) and their go-to-market motions.
  • Knowledge of regional market dynamics (e.g. North America-specific trends).
  • ABM (Account-Based Marketing) or customer advocacy program experience.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
