We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager. You will build, manage, and attend a portfolio of multi-channel, multi-touch, event-based campaigns in our fastest growing verticals. The goal is clear: deploy your resources to maximize net new pipeline.

This is a full-time role based out of California. You are expected to travel to events in California up to 1-2 times per month,  and be available up to once per quarter to travel to our headquarters in Atlanta to work with the wider team.

Who you are …

  • A self-starter with a bias-for-action, who thrives when leading their own initiatives
  • A rigorous thinker, who has a solid rationale for all major campaign decisions
  • An egoless team player,  who is able to take and incorporate feedback
  • A detail-oriented planner, who is capable of making complex initiatives feel seamless
  • Open-minded and adaptable, able to quickly identify and seize new opportunities
  • Someone who gets energy from social interactions with sales, partners, and event attendees
  • A performance marketer, with testing, measurement and campaign optimization in your DNA
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable working in lean teams

With 2+ years experience …

  • Working with SaaS or other tech products, the public sector, and/or commercial insurance
  • Identifying, pitching, incorporating feedback on, and finalizing your own events calendar
  • Managing your own quarterly budget, tracking detailed performance, and measuring success
  • Building multi-channel campaigns in the lead up to, during, and post event - these could include paid digital, email, social, affiliate, and even webinar touchpoints
  • Orchestrating campaign funnels that advance relatively cold attendees at partner and Evident-led events all the way through to sales qualified opportunities
  • Building and tracking measurable and large net new pipeline
  • Fostering deep relationships with event partners and regional vendors
  • Interfacing with senior-level internal stakeholders, marketing, ops, and the sales team
  • Seamlessly running all aspects of campaign and event logistics
  • Running multiple event-based campaigns simultaneously

Requirements …

  • Based in California, with both access to an airport for regional travel and the ability to drive to nearby events
  • Willing to travel occasionally to events outside of California, up to once on average per quarter
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of directly relevant professional marketing manager experience

Why Evident?

• Our team solves a crucial problem with huge business potential together, and we are able to see exactly how our contribution affects customers!

• Competitive pay package, including base pay and stock options

• Full medical, dental, vision benefits and 401K

• Unlimited PTO

• Paid parental leave to support you and your family

• Home internet stipend, virtual events, & more!

• Recently named one of Atlanta's Coolest Companies & 50 on Fire by Atlanta Inno

• Recently named one of the Top 10 Fastest Growing Companies in Atlanta & one of the Best Places to Work in Atlanta by Atlanta Business Chronicle
