Job Description:

As part of the EPMO team, the EPMO Project Manager will provide project management support utilizing PMO methodologies and tools. This position will oversee multiple projects across the business focusing on productivity, process improvement and systems implementation initiatives that enable growth, profitability, customer experience and employee efficiencies. The position will partner cross-functionally to achieve project deadlines, budgets and desired outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma)
  • Work collaboratively to ensure project plans are sufficiently detailed and consistent with the overall project’s objective
  • Develop project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall plans including any resource requests
  • Diagram and evaluate existing processes
  • Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
  • Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities
  • Collect data to identify root cause of problems
  • Measure performance against process requirements
  • Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and quality
  • Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control
  • Perform cost and benefit analyses
  • Conduct project reviews of status and interdependencies for work streams
  • Communicate appropriate outcomes and provide timely and accurate information and status updates
  • Proactively identify risks, develop contingency plans and manage timely resolution
  • Communicate scope changes appropriately
  • Ensure that deliverables and documents are produced as required
  • Help to create a positive environment for the project team including open, honest communication and a clear path to escalate risks and issues
  • Facilitate fast and effective decision-making required for progress on the project

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus
  • Blackbelt or Master Blackbelt certification preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
  • Working expertise in Lean and Change Management principles, methods, and tools
  • Hands-on experience leading change initiatives including strategy, planning, budgeting, requirements definition, solution design, and delivery
  • Strong planning, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Initiative and problem-solving capabilities
  • Competent in providing project thought leadership and influence
  • Change agility and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Experience managing projects using different methodologies.

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position.  Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

$81,700.00 - $137,900.00
