Sr. Engagement Manager – Network Success
This job is responsible for extensive network building and provider education of assigned market of solutions and clients within the reach of WellSky services. The scope of this job includes working closely with internal teams to highlight the benefits of key referral workflows, solutions, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute advanced engagement strategies for WellSky Connected Networks clients including hospitals & post-acute providers and optimize workflows while driving network growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to health system stakeholders in order to foster relationships across business lines and deliver impactful provider engagement.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for implementations in order to integrate solution design, workflow optimization, and strategic engagement plans.
- Drive market health improvements by tracking and monitoring specific KPI’s to enhance provider networks, solution utilization and spearheading targeted outreach initiatives, enhancing utilization.
- Manage escalations and complex client needs in partnership with cross-functional teams to promote satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Gather client insights to influence solution roadmaps, drive continuous innovation, and enhance the provider network experience.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 8-12 years relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Job Expectations:
- Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
