Threat Engagement and Investigations oversee Forensic Investigations, Insider Threat Operations, Adversarial and Simulation services, and eDiscovery for all of NBCUniversal. These services play a critical role in our overall Cyber portfolio and are a significant focus on our strategic roadmap. This role requires a balance of technical skill and customer engagement (Litigators and Outside Counsel) to navigate the complex technology landscape and the multi-tiered business verticals that NBCUniversal operates in. The senior level position will challenge you to showcase your dependability and communications to meet deadlines and ensure completeness of tasks related to Legal matters.

This responsibility extends to hands-on management of eDiscovery tools, including collecting, processing, loading, and producing electronic data in response to eDiscovery requests. Experience is required in supporting attorneys utilizing eDiscovery support techniques, software, and equipment to provide technical assistance. The Sr eDiscovery Analyst must be able to manage multiple projects and a high volume of cases, handling all case work independently from start to finish. This role also serves as the primary point of escalation for other Analysts encountering roadblocks. - Providing end-to-end management of eDiscovery matters serving as the primary point of contact of internal clients.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for other Analysts encountering complex issues or roadblocks.
- Timely execution for the collection, culling, and analysis of data for eDiscovery requests.
- Ability to review and organize numerous documents in complex legal matters.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude and strong work ethic without extensive supervision.
- Proven ability to manage voluminous matters and projects effectively and efficiently under time-sensitive deadlines.

- Manage case data in eDiscovery applications including completing all quality control checks and documentation.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a technical role on eDiscovery matters at a large organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to synthesize information from several sources and draw coherent, well evidenced conclusions.
- Strong technical skills with computer forensic and/or eDiscovery tools such as Encase, Relativity, or Exterro EDDM desirable.
- Familiarity with various platforms and devices, ability to research and educate self with respect to Mac, tablets, mobile devices.
- Advanced knowledge of eDiscovery Review Platforms.
- Project management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Good organizational skills, detail-oriented and flexible.
- Good problem-solving ability, particularly with technology-based applications and processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize projects.
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation.
