We are seeking a senior operations lead with deep forward logistics and distribution experience to oversee end-to-end North America distribution operations.
This role is responsible for managing and directing our third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure consistent, on-time, and cost-effective fulfillment across all channels. The ideal candidate brings strong operational rigor, a hands-on operator mindset, and a proven ability to hold external partners accountable while scaling reliable distribution performance across a complex North American network.

- Partner with Transportation on outbound execution discipline
- This role protects margin through operational rigor.
3. Network Stability & Capacity
- Monitor capacity vs demand and escalate risks early
- Support network changes: volume shifts, new SKUs, DC adds/exits
- Execute automation, layout, and process improvements
- Maintain operational continuity during disruptions
4. DTC & Channel Fulfillment
- Execute channel-appropriate service levels
- Support premium customer experience without uncontrolled cost
- Work with Commercial, CX, and Finance on service trade-offs
- Ensure accessory and small-parcel fulfillment doesn’t erode margin quietly
5. Safety, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure safety, battery handling, and environmental compliance in DCs
- Maintain audit-ready operations (SOX, EPC, customs interface)
- Enforce SOPs and corrective actions
Success Metrics
- OTIF / Perfect Order Rate

Experience & Profile
- 5-7 years in distribution / fulfillment operations or relevant experience
- Experience running DCs or large 3PL operations
- Omnichannel exposure (retail + DTC)
- Strong operational and financial discipline
- Proven ability to execute change, not just manage status quo
- Automotive Operations experience a plus
