About the Role
We're seeking a sales leader with experience building and coaching sales teams. This role will focus on the day-to-day development of our sales reps as well as on driving strategic initiatives to expand our customer base and refine our go-to-market motion. You’ll work closely with leadership across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on vision, optimize the funnel, and scale intelligently.
Your Day-to-Day
Coach, mentor, and scale a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives, setting clear expectations, providing structured feedback, and building a culture of accountability.
Oversee team activity and forecasting, supporting reps with deal strategy, objection handling, and closing.
Lead product demos with executives and decision makers at top tier creative agencies.
Partner with the executive team to define and refine sales processes, territory planning, comp models, and org structure.
Identify gaps in tooling, CRM hygiene, and reporting — and collaborate with the operations team to implement scalable solutions.
Drive performance across new business and expansion, with a clear focus on efficiency and conversion.
Be the voice of the customer: Provide feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership based on real market insights.
Who You Are:
7–10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 3+ years managing and scaling teams.
Background in media & entertainment, ideally having sold MAM, DAM, cloud post-production, or collaborative creative tools.
You’ve built or refined sales processes, and can dig into CRM metrics, funnels, and forecasting with ease.
You love developing others, and know how to build trust, motivate, and level up performance at all levels.
You’re not just in the weeds — you can zoom out to help craft broader GTM strategies and align cross-functionally.
You’re comfortable jumping in on deals when needed, especially in a startup where everyone wears multiple hats.
Deep empathy for creative professionals and the complex workflows of post-production teams.
