Who We Are

Impiricus is the first and only AI-powered HCP Engagement Engine. In 2025, Deloitte named Impiricus the #1 fastest growing company in North America for their prestigious Fast 500 list. Founded by a practicing physician and a senior pharmaceutical executive, Impiricus was created to transform how life sciences companies support physicians. We ethically connect HCPs to pharma resources, reduce go-to-market costs and accelerate patient access to the treatments they need.

With our unique access to the largest opted-in network of HCPs, their insights, and clinical expertise, we are the leading provider of AI technology and real-time channels that life science companies need to deliver clear, reliable, and evidence-based resources directly into the hands of HCPs. Guided by a council of 2000+ trusted HCP advisors, we ensure every interaction is clinically meaningful, ethically grounded and leads to better patient care.

Job Summary

Impiricus is the first Agentic Commercialization Platform for healthcare. We are transforming how life sciences companies support physicians and accelerate patient access to care. Our agentic AI infrastructure moves healthcare commercialization from information delivery to real-time clinical action, connecting physicians with the resources, support, and people they need, when they need them and on their terms.

We are looking for a Sr. Director of Product Marketing & Content to own how we bring that story, and our products, to market.

This is not a role for someone who simply turns product updates into slides and one-sheets. We need a product storyteller, strategic thinker, exceptional writer, and creative marketer who can take complex AI technology and make it clear, compelling, differentiated, and impossible to ignore.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Product positioning, messaging, and storytelling. Help develop the narrative for Impiricus and our product portfolio, translating sophisticated agentic AI capabilities into clear customer value. Develop messaging frameworks, product narratives, value propositions, competitive positioning, personas, and use cases. Become an expert on the Impiricus commercialization platform and confidently demo the product to internal and external audiences. Our brand is built around signal over noise, agentic over static, and impact over transactions, and this role will be responsible for bringing that positioning to life across the customer journey.

Product launches and go-to-market strategy. Build the product marketing roadmap and launch strategy for new products, capabilities, and major releases. Partner with Product from the earliest stages to bring market and customer perspective into product strategy, not simply market the product after it is built. Define launch audiences, narratives, content, experiences, channels, enablement, and success metrics. Create launches that generate attention because they demonstrate what our technology can actually do.

Content strategy and creation. Own the strategy and development of high-value product and thought leadership content across the funnel, including product pages, sales materials, case studies, one-sheets, presentations, demos, videos, thought leadership, executive content, launch assets, and other formats we have not invented yet. Raise the bar for how an AI company in healthcare explains its technology and point of view.

Sales enablement. Be a close partner to Sales. Build sharp, persuasive materials that help our team communicate Impiricus' value to pharmaceutical leaders across brand, sales, medical affairs, market access, and other commercialization functions. Turn product capabilities, customer challenges, and proof points into stories that make complex ideas easy to understand and sell.

Account-based marketing. Partner closely with ABM to translate our core product story into highly relevant narratives for priority accounts. Develop personalized product positioning, presentations, use cases, and materials based on each client's business, portfolio, challenges, and opportunities. Find the balance between a consistent Impiricus story and a customer-specific reason to care.

Events and experiential product marketing. Partner with our Events team to make the product a centerpiece of the Impiricus event experience. Create differentiated product demonstrations, interactive experiences, installations, activations, and other unexpected ways for customers to experience our technology rather than simply hear about it. Our brand explicitly treats experiential marketing as a way to bring Impiricus to life through space, motion, interaction, design, and messaging.

Creative and design partnership. Work closely with Design to develop best-in-class visual representations of our products, platform, workflows, and value. Help turn sophisticated technology into experiences and assets that are intuitive, memorable, and distinctly Impiricus.

Market intelligence. Develop a deep understanding of our buyers, users, competitors, healthcare commercialization landscape, and rapidly evolving AI market. Bring those insights back to Product, Sales, and Marketing to sharpen our positioning and identify new opportunities.

Experience:

  • You have 7+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or related roles, including meaningful experience leading product marketing or an integrated product and content marketing function at a technology company.
  • Experience in AI, enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, or another technically complex category is strongly preferred.
  • You are an exceptional communicator and writer. You can take something complex and make it simple without making it simplistic. You know the difference between a feature description and a story people actually remember.
  • You are deeply product-minded. You want to understand how the technology works, why it was built, what problem it solves, and what makes it different. You can become fluent enough in a sophisticated platform to confidently demonstrate it yourself.
  • You are a true creative. You challenge predictable B2B marketing and are willing to bring forward ideas that have not been tried before. You care about craft and have a strong point of view about what great work looks like.
  • You are highly cross-functional. Product sees you as a product partner. Sales sees you as someone who makes them better. Design sees you as a strong creative partner. Marketing sees you as someone who can connect the product story across channels and experiences.
  • You know how to ship. You can move between strategy and execution without losing momentum or quality. You are comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment where the category, technology, and story are evolving quickly.
  • Experience using experiential marketing to launch, demonstrate, or showcase technology is a major plus

The base salary range for this role is $170,000 - $200,000

Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.
