- Create a vision for the procurement function that aligns with company strategy.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global procurement strategy aligned with corporate objectives and financial goals.
- Manage the lifecycle of procurement from sourcing and negotiating to vendor contracting, periodic reporting, and supplier management.
- Implement cost optimization initiatives while balancing quality, risk, and innovation.
- Monitor market trends and leverage data analytics to drive sourcing decisions and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead the strategy to deploy best practice uses of procure-to-pay software programs.
- Proactively leverage innovation, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance procurement agility and responsiveness.
Stakeholder and Supplier Management
- Own relationships with executive stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor for all sourcing matters.
- Partner with executives to design and implement high-impact sourcing strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, select, and oversee vendor/supplier relationships to build strategic partnerships that enhance value and innovation.
- Lead negotiations with vendors on the scope of work, commercial terms, revenue-sharing, and other legal, compliance, and contractual terms.
- Monitor and report on procurement spend and savings.
- Drive continuous improvement and reporting on procurement metrics to senior stakeholders.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor the procurement team, fostering a high-performance culture, growth mindset, and bias for action.
- Provide guidance and support for professional development and career growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, IT, Information Security, and others, to ensure a cohesive approach to procurement.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Drive procurement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency, compliance, and transparency.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including SOX requirements.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks related to supply chain continuity, supplier performance, and contractual obligations.
Global Travel Management
- Oversee the organization's global travel program, managing policies and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and seamless travel experiences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain standardized global travel management policies, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Implement and enforce the Firm's Global Travel Policy, driving compliance through effective communication, training, and an up-to-date travel website.
- Negotiate and manage preferred provider agreements for air, hotel, train, and car rental partnerships by leveraging firmwide travel and group spend for maximum cost savings.

Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years of procurement experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role and Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in large software/SaaS/technology organizations preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of procurement systems and spend analytics.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Procurement certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPs, PMP) is a plus.
