Mineralys is a fully remote company.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Sr. Director, HCP Marketing will lead the development and execution of brand strategy to drive HCP awareness, engagement, and adoption to achieve launch success. This role is responsible for shaping launch strategy - connecting data to insight, shaping positioning and message platforms, and driving effective field activation and omnichannel execution.

This role requires both strategic and hands-on executional leadership. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with deep experience in HCP marketing, including launch planning, messaging, creative campaign development, tactical planning, and cross-functional leadership. Mineralys is looking for individuals who thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and are motivated to shape a brand from day one.

Previous launch leadership and cardiovascular and/or chronic care experience is strongly preferred.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of HCP brand strategy grounded in deep understanding of clinical data, existing standards of care, treatment guidelines, and competitive dynamics.
  • Translate strategic insights including segmentation, decision drivers, and prescribing behaviors into launch readiness plans and prioritized HCP engagement tactics.
  • Lead development and execution of positioning, messaging and creative, as well as integrated HCP campaigns, including personal and non-personal channels
  • Serve as a core member of launch leadership teams ensuring alignment of brand and HCP strategy across functions.
  • Partner closely with the Patient & Consumer Marketing lead and Digital team to deliver aligned omnichannel strategy and integrated activation across HCP, patient, and digital touchpoints.
  • Actively partner with Sales, Sales Training, and Commercial Operations to develop and optimize field force initiatives.
  • Work closely with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure compliant and aligned messaging and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs to integrate clinical data and real-world experience into HCP brand strategy and ensure aligned evidence generation planning
  • Establish performance indicators to assess and optimize launch performance and promotional effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and agency partners
  • Manage HCP marketing budget and resource allocation

Education and Experience

  • MBA or bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience with at least 6 years in HCP marketing  
  • Demonstrated ownership of launch strategy
  • Cardiovascular and/or chronic care experience is highly preferred.
  • A builder mindset with high personal accountability, resourcefulness, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and define direction
  • Experience effectively leading cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Travel

  • This position requires up to 20% travel.  Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight. Some of the travel may be international.

Position eligible for standard Company benefits including medical, dental, vision, time off and 401K, as well as participating in Mineralys incentive plans are contingent on achievement of personal and company performance. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

US Salary Range:  $245,000 - $260,000
