Our opportunity:

Automation Anywhere is redefining the future of work through Agentic Process Automation — and we’re looking for a visionary executive to lead strategic partnerships with top Global Systems Integrators like Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive joint go-to-market success, unlock new revenue opportunities, and shape the next wave of intelligent automation for Global 2000 enterprises.

As a key member of our leadership team, you'll scale our GSI alliances globally while working hand-in-hand with regional sales and channel teams to localize execution. If you bring a strong track record in enterprise software partnerships and a passion for driving innovation in the rapidly growing APA space, we’d love to connect.

Who you’ll report to:

This role will report to our Senior Vice President, Global Alliances & Channel 

Location: 

Hybrid role with regular onsite work in our San Jose, CA Bay Area offices preferred.  Other locations considered.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

Strategic Leadership 

  • Developing comprehensive Global Account Plans (GAPs) for assigned GSI partners with measurable objectives to increase market share and revenue 
  • Orchestrating C-suite to field-level relationships through structured business reviews and engagement models 
  • Serving as the company's executive ambassador to GSI leadership teams 

Revenue Generation 

  • Driving significant pipeline growth and revenue through joint solution development and co-selling initiatives 
  • Executing global strategies through regional teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM 
  • Creating scalable systems to multiply qualified opportunities and accelerate deal conversions 

Partnership Development 

  • Championing our Agentic Automation vision and technology roadmap within the GSI ecosystem 
  • Designing partner enablement programs that accelerate adoption and technical proficiency 
  • Coordinating with broader alliance partners including hyperscalers to maximize market impact 

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's degree preferred 
  • 12+ years in enterprise SaaS or related technologies with a strong external network, proven success in strategic partnerships, C-level relationships, and large-deal execution
  • Here’s a combined and streamlined version of those two lines:
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships with GSIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC), hyperscalers, and RSIs
  • Data-driven leader with a track record of strategic planning and operational excellence
  • Skilled in scaling pipelines, managing KPIs, and working with regional VP teams
  • Willing to travel 30–50%, including frequent visits to Seattle and the San Francisco Bay Area

The salary range or on target earnings (base salary + on target incentives) for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $335,000 to $350,000 a year and outside of those locations is $325,000 to $340,000 a year. The salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.  This position is also eligible for equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
