Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Own site technology stability and the business relationship with Lynn manufacturing and operations leadership, including active presence in plant-level Daily Management cadences, so disruptions clear faster.

  • Close the site technology and cybersecurity gap, curb shadow IT, and drive risk-based modernization of an aging, largely military technology stack.

  • Sustain and operationalize value from advanced analytics and agentic investments, and partner with central DT to close the data and analytics platform gap.

  • Create a consistent communication rhythm on organization and operations status, keeping DT leadership, business partners, and finance in sync on initiative outcomes; establish operational support models that improve service levels and cycle time.

  • Provide strategic oversight, drive team optimization and individual growth, and build a durable pipeline of site technology talent.

  • Establish and foster a culture at all levels that is positive, collaborative, respectful, innovative, dynamic, and high in integrity, capable of driving positive change over sustained periods.

  • Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures; ensure appropriate metrics, controls, and SOPs are in place; manage cross-training so the team is equipped to deliver.

  • Manage client and vendor problem resolution and escalation, including oversight of contractor partners supporting the site.

  • Set multi-generation plans to improve operations, manage Digital Technology spend, and lead cost-out projects.

  • Drive adherence to IT compliance standards (SOX, ISO) and applicable U.S. defense and export-control requirements, minimizing exception processes and creating streamlined or automated solutions for gaps.

  • Share technical, procedural, and business knowledge, and further colleagues' productivity through learning content, presentations, and a continuous learning culture.
