Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Director of User Experience and Product Strategy to lead and elevate our user experience and product strategy function. This role will be pivotal in shaping Fairmarkit's brand experience, driving customer engagement, and crafting a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints. You will manage and mentor a team of talented designers, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers to deliver innovative and impactful user experience solutions.
  • Oversee the development of a cohesive holistic user experience strategy that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align user experience and product strategy with business objectives.
  • Drive the creation of user-centric strategies that enhance customer experience and engagement.
  • Set user experience standards, guidelines, and best practices that ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Utilize data and customer insights to inform and optimize user experience and product strategies.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in user experience and product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in leading user experience and product strategy teams within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Industry knowledge and working within the procurement and sourcing solutions is a plus
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, product strategy, and customer journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in UX and strategy tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
