We’re looking for a strategic, visionary, and action-oriented Sr. Director of Customer Insights to unify and lead three critical functions: UX Research, Customer Voice Programs, and Product Telemetry.
This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a cohesive insights function that empowers product teams to make faster, smarter decisions. You’ll lead senior leaders and high-performing teams across qual/quant research, VoC, and telemetry. • Lead a team of senior managers and specialists across three domains:

      - Customer Voice Programs (VoC and Preview Programs)
      - Product Telemetry and Analytics Enablement

  • Shape strategic insights that influence product vision, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Drive insight accessibility by building dashboards, training programs, and self-service tools to democratize data across the org.

  • Represent the customer in executive conversations, bringing clarity, context, and conviction to decision-making forums.

  • Establish consistent practices and infrastructure to scale research and telemetry operations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, UX, Product Ops, Marketing, and Support.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience across UX Research, Customer Insights, Data Analytics, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience leading senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams.

  • A strong track record of unifying and scaling customer insight functions in a product-led, B2B SaaS environment.

  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive business outcomes through insight.

  • Deep expertise in at least two of the three domains: UX Research, VoC/Preview Programs, or Product Telemetry.

  • Experience operationalizing self-service analytics, building training programs, and coaching teams to use data confidently.

  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills—able to turn complexity into clarity.

  • A passion for helping teams understand and meet real customer needs.

Compensation:
