JOB SUMMARY:
- Ensure the holistic coordination and delivery of peace of mind to our clients, prospective clients, and advisors through superior responsiveness, communication, and execution of all client deliverables. Lead a cross-functional, multi-geographic team of marketing/broking, directors of risk management, account managers, analysts, and risk mitigation colleagues. As a senior leader they will develop, innovate, and execute future-focused strategies to drive double-digit organic growth and vanguard client experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead client experience, risk mitigation, and marketing/broking leaders, including hiring, developing, coaching, and mentoring. (40%)
- Ensure superior execution across the platform by removing barriers, connecting resources, and aligning client experience colleagues to deliver peace of mind to all clients. (40%)
- Innovate and evolve colleague and client experience with an eye to the future to ensure superior colleague and client retention in a high-paced growth environment (20%)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Understand clients and how to add value and differentiate the firm from our competitors.
- Superior leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-growth, rapidly changing environments.
- Ability to quickly learn and use job specific programs
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced financial acumen
- Ability to learn any other appropriate program or software system used by the firm as necessary
- Demonstrates the organization’s core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with the firm’s culture
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Undergraduate/Bachelor's Degree required
- 15 years’ experience required
- 15+ years’ experience preferred
- Obtain and maintain insurance license, as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide risk management consulting or risk transfer solutions as necessary in states where the firm functions (or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment).
- Technical credentialing preferred (CPCU, CIC)
OTHER:
- Up to 20% travel may be required
