DIRECTV is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Director of Marketing Advanced Analytics to lead our data-driven marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for leading Marketing Advanced Analytics for Genre Pack Subscriber performance and revenue optimization across the product portfolio. Th Sr. Director will provide strategic insights on Genre Pack subscriber performance, ARPU, transactional analytics, pricing strategy, and revenue forecasting. Additionally, this leader will drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities and conversion funnel optimization across all customer channels.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Lead team of analytics professionals focused on Genre Pack+ and revenue analytics optimizing for both Subscriber Volumes and Revenue.
  • Deliver comprehensive analytics on Genre Pack performance including churn, bolt-ons, winback, and Signature product performance.
  • Provide ARPU, Revenue, and Transactional analytics for Genre Pack and MyFree Customers.
  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models for Genre Pack+ and Signature products.
  • Identify and quantify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product portfolio.
  • Support pricing strategy through elasticity modeling and competitive analysis.
  • Measure and optimize conversion funnels by channel for upsell and transactional products.
  • Create executive dashboards for key revenue and product performance metrics.
  • Partner with Genre Pack Sales, Base Management, Pricing, Content, and Forecast teams to optimize subscriber and Revenue KPIs.
  • Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 7 – 10 years of progressive analytics leadership experience with focus on revenue/financial analytics.
  • Proven expertise in AI, machine learning, and advanced statistical modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Strong background in revenue analytics, pricing strategy, and financial forecasting.
  • Experience with subscription product analytics and customer monetization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead analytics teams (FTE and contract staff).
  • Exceptional executive presentation and storytelling skills with data.
  • Experience building dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in media, entertainment, or telecommunications industry.
  • Knowledge of product packaging and pricing optimization.
  • Background in customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience with modern analytics platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, etc.).

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

DIRECTV WAGE ZONES: $162,593 - $295,113

Low (N1): $162,593 - $243,789

Mid (N2): $171,150 - $256,620

High (N3): $188,265 - $282,282

Top (N4): $196,823 - $295,113
