About the Role

We are looking for an Sr Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will build and execute email campaigns, ensure quality through rigorous QA, and work with audience data to deliver targeted, impactful communications. You’ll also troubleshoot technical issues in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and CMS platforms while continuing to grow your expertise through specialized training.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and launch email campaigns in SFMC.

  • Perform QA checks to ensure accuracy and functionality.

  • Segment and filter audience data for targeted campaigns.

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues in SFMC and CMS platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.

About You

You are detail-oriented, technically savvy, and passionate about digital marketing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with data and technology to create meaningful customer experiences.

Required Qualifications
  • Background in email marketing or marketing technology

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.

  • Comfortable working with data for segmentation and targeting.

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CMS platforms.

  • SFMC certification or related training.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation best practices.

Work Location & Eligibility

One Pass Solutions, Inc. offers a flexible work environment. We operate as a hybrid company in the Minnesota–St. Paul Twin Cities area, where team members are expected to work in-office three days per week. We also support remote work across a number of U.S. states.
