Senior DevOps Engineer
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with OpenShift and a strong background in automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. This role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain and optimize openshift clusters to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to automate workflows and improve productivity.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure stability and security.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and innovations.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps role.
- Proven experience with OpenShift and container orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
