  • Strong demand gen acumen, experience with the tactics and channels for driving inbound interest.

  • Extensive experience working across paid and organic channels and platforms.

  • SaaS Demand Gen experience

  • eCommerce experience preferred, but not required

  • You are seen and trusted as the SaaS inbound expert at Pattern, expert at driving new demand and pipeline through digital marketing campaigns. 

  • Your programs don’t stop at demand capture, but consider the entire customer journey. You collaborate across marketing functions to ensure we’re getting maximum value and taking extreme care of each person that interacts with Pattern. 

  • You care about campaign copy and creative and coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure our campaigns resonate with target personas and industries.  

  • All digital campaigns have been tested and proven for impact and cost optimization. 

  • You are effective at delegating and monitoring repeatable and task-focused work with contractors, optimizing your time and energy across both strategy and execution.

You will own global digital and demand generation for SaaS at Pattern. This includes people, process, budgets, strategy, and execution among all facets of digital marketing. Success in this job could potentially lead to an expanded team as you show results through demand generation, and the marketing organization matures to develop more robust marketing programs around personas and industries. 

What is the team like?

The Corporate Marketing organization consists of seasoned marketers across all major marketing functions and includes teams in the US and EMEA. You will sit on the Demand Generation team. In the office you will sit next to and work daily with your immediate team and peers in other functions including Product Marketing, Business Development, Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Events. The team follows a hybrid work schedule with some days in the office and some from home.

  • A skills-focused video interview with the hiring manager

  • A performance and culture-focused video interview with the hiring manager

  • An onsite interview and presentation with a panel of department leaders and the CMO

  • Reference checks
