Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and will be responsible for generating actionable insights into business performance and user journeys. This role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive impactful decisions and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, analyze, and manipulate data from diverse sources such as Hubspot, BigQuery, Google Sheets, and beyond.
  • Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries to extract actionable insights and power dashboards, automations, and business workflows.
  • Utilize data visualization tools like Data Studio to present intricate data insights in a clear and impactful way.
  • Vigilantly monitor and uphold the integrity and accuracy of data throughout Interview Kickstart.
  • Lead initiatives to evaluate, improve, and streamline data processes and workflows.
  • Monitor and validate the proper functioning of registration processes, workflows, and data flows.
  • Analyze performance across digital marketing channels to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4 years+ of experience in a data analyst role, with a proven track record of handling data projects.
