McKesson Medical-Surgical is seeking a dynamic Director of Customer Success to join our B2B2C team within Consumer Markets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing customer relationships and will drive customer engagement to grow existing business and secure new opportunities.
The Director of Customer Success will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our existing strategic customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately driving revenue growth. This is a remote opportunity with some travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
Lead efforts to identify and close new business opportunities, including market research and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
Prepare and present detailed business reviews to senior management and stakeholders.
Utilize customer feedback to enhance products and services.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Proven track record of success in customer success, account management, or related roles.
Critical Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with executive-level experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Retail, Ecommerce and/or distribution knowledge and experience is preferred
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Education:
4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform computer and phone-based work.
