The Senior Creative Account Manager is a relationship-builder at heart — someone deeply understands their clients’ business goals and proactively brings smart, scalable gifting strategies to life. This role blends sales leadership, creative thinking, and a strong command of Brilliant’s gifting solutions to drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Senior Creative Account Managers own client relationships and project success from concept to delivery, independently guiding complex gifting campaigns while ensuring clarity and collaboration across all functions. They’re trusted gifting advisors to both enterprise clients and internal teams — spotting opportunities, influencing decision-making, and ensuring every gifting initiative is set up to deliver revenue, margin, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary strategic partner to clients — cultivating strong relationships through regular touchpoints and consultative guidance.
- Lead complex gifting initiatives end-to-end (from curation to delivery), ensuring programs are set up for success and aligned to client goals.
- Proactively identify creative solutions and growth opportunities that drive revenue, margin, and long-term partnership expansion.
- Maintain clear insight into revenue and pipeline health; anticipate risks and take action to protect and grow the business.
- Manage escalations quickly and empathetically, maintaining trust and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate expertise in pitching, selling, and implementing Brilliant’s technology offerings (Preferred Gift, Storefront, and Automations).
- Collaborate effectively across Sales and internal functional teams, communicating priorities, balancing resources, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Bring deep knowledge of promotional products and industry trends to steer clients toward on-brand, innovative solutions.
🤝 Client Management
- With Account Director support, manages a wide variety of clients and is able to effectively adapt and prioritize various clients needs
- Produces consistent, creative direction to the creative team to execute Lookbooks and programming briefs
- Consistently builds trusting client relationships which leads to client referrals (internally and/or externally)
- Ability to land and expand a client, resulting in client revenue growth
- Eager for new client opportunities
- Demonstrates good judgment in navigating exceptions, both on-the-fly and when given time to explore options
What You Bring
- 3+ years in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, including some experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, or branded merchandise programs.
- Proven track record owning revenue targets — growing a book of business while protecting margins and forecasting effectively.
- Strong relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence and executive presence; comfortable leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills — clear, direct, and flexible based on who you’re talking to.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through.
- Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Salesforce, Front, Slack, and Google Workspace; curious and adaptable to new systems.
- Business-minded with the ability to uncover and convert upsell opportunities, while proactively addressing churn risks.
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership, continuous improvement, and the ability to influence and coach others.
$80 - $85k base (depending on experience) and 30% incentive based compensation
OTE: $104,000 – $110,500
