We are looking for a Sr. Cost Accountant as we accelerate our growth journey. This role will be an integral part of the Global Operations Finance and Cost Accounting team, responsible for financial reporting and analysis while supporting growth initiatives as the business continues to expand.

What You’ll Do: 

• Before system updates: Help review the migration plan, ensure steps are clear, and address any gaps.

• During system updates: Perform necessary reconciliations and adjustments.

• After updates: Lead efforts to rebuild intercompany controls, redefine processes, and fix errors.

• Support the creation of new reports for financial needs and assist with policy and procedure development.

What You Will Bring:

• BS in Finance or Accounting (MBA/CPA is a plus).

• At least 8 years of cost accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of inventory valuation and costing.

• Experience with global supply chain accounting and process improvement.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• This role is key in ensuring smooth transitions in the accounting processes during system updates and supporting financial growth.

• Work on special projects as needed.
