Datasite is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager who will develop, negotiate, and administer contracts and agreements working independently with limited guidance. The Senior Contracts Manager will also track, create, and maintain contract data requirements and deliverables.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of vendor and customer contracts, including preparing, revising, negotiating, examining, and analyzing the documents.
- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
- Prepare and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Data Processing Agreement, and Business Associate Agreement, Software as a Service Agreements, and other company partnering agreements.
- Write contract letters and other communications and notices
- Ensuring that the contract information is accurate and current
- Ensuring timely and accurate contract approval
- Support the development of legal templates and best practices
- Work with people across various levels of an organization to create and maintain a strategy for contract management
- Coordinate with legal and internal teams with regard to customer contracts and compliance inquiries
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in the project/contract administration field is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- <10% travel required
Education:
- Law degree or significant legal course work and contracts related experience required
- Bachelors degree required
The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
