We are seeking an experienced Eloqua Marketing Automation Sr. Consultant to join our Global Marketing Operations team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key technical expert responsible for the strategy, execution, optimization, and measurement of automated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and customer engagement. You’ll work closely with campaign managers, digital marketing, sales, and analytics teams to support demand generation initiatives through Oracle Eloqua and associated tools. You’ll create new connections between Eloqua and our martech stack to enhance the unified, 360 view of our customers around the globe.What You'll Bring:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy automated marketing campaigns in Eloqua, including lead nurturing emails, triggered communications, and data workflows.
- Partner with campaign managers and regional marketing teams to support B2B lead generation programs, ABM initiatives, and lifecycle marketing efforts.
- Maintain and optimize marketing automation processes, ensuring consistent data quality, compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and performance tracking.
- Manage Eloqua assets such as emails, landing pages, forms, and segments, ensuring they follow brand guidelines and best practices.
- Understand, maintain, and augment Eloqua CDOs for a variety of relationship management marketing technology (Salesforce, Demandbase, Pathfactory, Cvent, Jifflenow), ensuring seamless data flow and campaign attribution.
- Create and maintain campaign performance dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve email performance, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay current on Eloqua capabilities, marketing automation trends, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Eloqua (Oracle Marketing Cloud) in a B2B enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, segmentation, campaign design, and marketing attribution.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and compliance standards.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eloqua certification is preferred.
