Location/Division Specific Information

Position located in Waltham, MA

Discover Impactful Work:

Lead go-to-market strategy for Single-Use products, including: product positioning, support of our global commercial team, and successfully implementing customer initiatives. This role will ensure we meet or exceed our growth targets and revenue across the portfolio, and overall division. The successful candidate will own go-to-market strategies for New Product Introductions (NPIs), and build sales enablement content for our commercial team. In this role, you will work closely with our product management, marketing, and global sales organizations to build and own an execution plan.

A day in the Life:
  • Support commercial teams globally with strategic opportunities, technical engagements for pre-sales, and promotional initiatives with channel partners.
  • Provide division-wide global market/customer needs to our teams for the development of new products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with our customers, commercial and channel partners to build a deep understanding of sales, competitive, and market issues.
  • Work with product management to develop product training for the commercial team and determine regional sales enablement tool needs.
  • Lead regional tradeshows and sales meetings to facilitate growth objectives of the Single-Use portfolio.
Keys to Success:Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a scientific, business, finance, or technical field required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a scientific field or MBA strongly preferred.
Experience
  • 7+ years’ experience in sales, product management, or marketing in the life science or bioprocess market.
  • Known to work in forming influencing interdepartmental relationships to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated commercial experience with a focus on business and analytical abilities to derive conclusions and observations from sales and market trends.
  • Sound knowledge of single-use technologies and their application in upstream or downstream bioprocessing.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communications skills, training, and public speaking experience, a requirement.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Travel: Global travel is estimated to be 40% of the time, independently to customer sites, factories, trade shows, and meetings.
