As a Senior Channel Manager at Pluralsight, you will be a key driver of growth by finding, onboarding, owning and nurturing strategic relationships with key channel partners. You will be responsible for executing the channel strategy within your assigned territory, focusing on a high-performing sell-with and sell-through sales motion. This role requires a driven and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of building successful partner relationships and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the delivery of a pipeline generation and bookings number

  • Source and close new engagements with partner resellers that are strategic to Pluralsight’s business

  • Focus on driving business with Pluralsight’s strategic partners and become an authority on their business

  • Collaborate with your Pluralsight and partner counterparts to source and close new and expanded deals with partners

  • Work productively with operations, marketing, and success colleagues to drive successful partner engagements with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Show proficiency on the Pluralsight platform and how it drives partner and customer results

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships and delivering on pipeline generation and revenue bookings goals.

  • Strong understanding of channel sales methodologies and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience with CRM and partner management software.

  • Experience in tech sales, especially SaaS.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of Partnerships and Channels experience with 10+ years experience related to building significant business with large, complex channel companies

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 50 km of our Dublin office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

  • Travel: Travel expectations differ by role. Some quota-bearing sales positions involve limited travel, while others may involve travel of up to 40%, depending on business needs.
