Essential job functions:
- Support Demand and Supply Chain through effective execution of reporting and data analysis that will enhance strategies and initiatives.
- Extensive cross collaboration representing Demand leadership across Supply Chain, IT, Data Governance teams to ensure data integrity.
- Lead design sessions with key stakeholders across Supply Chain (including In Stock, Logistics, Control Tower, Training & Process) to develop core requirements for reporting and establish most effective user interface and modeling.
- Leverage database systems including data warehouses, data marts, and models needed for business, financial, and operational analysis and/or reporting and visualization
- Automate and optimize reporting of strategic business processes
- Assist lead in assigning priority level of requests and leads weekly SCRUM session to adjust resource assignments as needed
- Responsible for reporting and interpretating key metrics determined in collaboration with Demand and Supply Chain leadership, as well as ad hoc requests.
- Work collaboratively to understand the purpose of the data request and create metrics, data content and formatting to meet the needs of the requestor.
- Support the lead in designing the architecture of data flows utilizing advanced knowledge of the available software & hardware solutions, including implementation of security protocols to ensure the right data is accessible by the right users
- Independently identify and perform complex correlation analyses for areas of focus in order to present results and recommendations in a clear concise manner.
- Routinely translate large amounts of data into actionable findings and format into presentation-ready documentation that tells a clear story and can be used to support business reviews with Demand leaders on a regular cadence.
- Develop presentations utilized to communicate meaningful results, trends, and insights regarding the performance of key strategic initiatives.
- Provide analytics and reports that translate Demand data into accurate, insightful, and predictive information for leaders to determine priorities and solutions. Make recommendations as to whether changes will be effective before making a decision.
- Subject matter expert support for data analytics tools with emphasis on learning and developing new analysis/reporting capabilities.
- Provide support for the function as an effective promoter of change and growth through data driven decisions.
- Serve as a member of key teams, projects and committees as needed.
- Determines and uses key metrics to evaluate success of implemented data solutions; design and implement modifications as necessary to ensure goal attainment
