How you will impact the organization…
We’re looking for a problem solver and collaborator with solid technical knowledge of billing and payment systems and methodologies who will lead efforts to uncover inefficiencies, streamline operations, and deliver meaningful improvements and forward-thinking capabilities. This role will work closely with product, engineering, finance, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure any features/enhancements meet customer needs, align with business goals, and are delivered on time and within budget. The complexity of the role requires a strong technical understanding coupled with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders at all knowledge levels.

- Perform analysis on features and tasks based on business value, customer impact, and resource availability, and prioritize items accordingly.
- Gather and analyze feedback from internal and external customers, stakeholders, and existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Work with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define business/functional requirements, specifications, and user stories.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on business features.
- Work with cross-functional teams in the execution of business improvement initiatives related to billing and payment systems.
- Work closely with engineering teams to facilitate development, testing, and deployment.
- Work together with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess project success.
- Monitor billing and payments performance, gather user and stakeholder feedback, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Address and resolve issues related to functionality, quality, and performance.
- Adapt strategies and plans in response to emerging challenges or changes in the market.
- Keep stakeholders informed about progress, changes, and updates.
- Partner with project management to facilitate regular meetings to review status and address any concerns.

What you will bring to the table…
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of product development and/or business process analysis experience
- 5+ years at a technology company, with direct responsibility for billing and payment processing.
- 4+ years professional experience creating and delivering technical and business requirements related to billing and/or payment systems for SaaS products.
- 3+ years of experience working with modern billing and payment platforms (e.g. GoTransverse, Oracle Fusion A/R, BillingPlatform, Zuora).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software project management capabilities, including risk management

The salary range for this role is $100,00 - $115,000 USD annually. The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits. This job doesn't have an expiration date and will remain open until a qualified candidate is hired.
