  • Champion test-and-learn behavior across the team: pilot fast, read signals, scale what wins
  • Be the brand filter on actionable cultural moments and bubble up opportunities that feel aligned to brand ethos

  • Stay grounded in the numbers: track brand health, velocity, and share using syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen/SPINS) and consumer insights, and use them to shape strategy

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally in CPG or a consumer brand, with a track record of driving strategy and campaigns

  • Strong understanding of retail impact and how marketing connects to velocity, distribution, and the P&L
  • Experience supporting celebrity or macro influencer partnerships and managing external agencies day to day, including briefing, plan evaluation
  • Working fluency in awareness media (video, audio, OOH, paid social) and how it is planned and measured
  • Understanding of social platforms and creator culture

  • The ultimate team player: highly collaborative, generous with credit, and energized by building something with others
  • Able to flex creative and set a strong brand vision, while staying grounded in strategy and the business
  • Genuinely curious about culture, food, and wellness, and tuned in to what consumers actually care about
