Overview:
As the Sr. Brand Graphic Designer at Hisense, you will lead the creation of impactful print and digital design assets that support brand campaigns, sponsorships, and product marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Americas Region Design Center team, reporting to the Lead Creative Director, you will design across multiple touchpoints—retail, packaging, experiential, social, and digital platforms—ensuring consistent and engaging brand expression. This role requires conceptual creativity, hands-on execution, and collaboration to deliver high-quality design that connects with consumers and strengthens the Hisense brand.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with brand, product, and regional marketing managers to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
  • Design and produce print and digital marketing assets, including retail displays, packaging, brochures, presentations, digital ads, and event graphics.
  • Develop visually engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts aligned with Hisense brand identity.
  • Support global sports sponsorship activations with both print and digital creative assets.
  • Ensure all creative adheres to brand guidelines while evolving and elevating the Hisense brand expression.
  • Partner with retail and channel teams to deliver best-in-class print and digital POS materials and in-store experiences.
  • Adapt and localize global creative assets for the Americas Region marketing team.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Conduct quality checks and proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Stay current with print production standards, digital marketing best practices, and design trends to keep Hisense creative fresh and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5–8 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally within consumer electronics, retail, or a global brand.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience; familiarity with motion/3D tools (After Effects, Cinema4D, Blender) a plus.
  • Strong experience creating both print and digital design assets (packaging, collateral, retail displays, web, email, social media, and digital ads).
  • Knowledge of print and digital production processes, including vendor-ready files, die-lines, and digital specifications.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking with ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present and explain design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of print and digital design work, with strong emphasis on brand identity and marketing campaigns.
