At Tapestry, creativity is at the core of everything we do. As a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment for design, merchandising, and other creative functions across our brands-Coach, Kate Spade, and occasionally Tapestry. You'll play a critical role in attracting top-tier creative professionals and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and build effective recruiting strategies.
  • Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment across Design, Merchandising, Content, and Creative functions-sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for multiple roles across brands and levels, from early career to mid-level positions.
  • Influence business leaders and educate teams on interviewing best practices, decision-making, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Provide regular status updates to hiring teams and TA leadership, ensuring progress at all steps of the process.
  • Maintain professional and responsive communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring journey.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Tapestry's values, ensuring a thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience.
  • Participate in execution of early career programs to help execute our annual Design Apprentice Program-including outreach, candidate support, and logistics-ensuring a strong early talent experience.


What You'll Bring

  • 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • A focus on design, merchandising, or creative functions strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to identify and hire passive candidates from competitive markets.
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort working with tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, and ATS platforms (Workday or SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigate ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence working autonomously, while also being a strong collaborator.
  • Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Passion for creativity, design, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

BASE PAY RANGE $85,000.00 TO $95,000.00
