Job Description:

• Handle inbound customer calls / inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Identify and asses customer needs by researching tax-related information using internal systems and official tax agency websites
• Accurately document research findings and provide clear resolutions to customer inquiries
• Maintain and update account information with precision and attention to detail
• Consistently achieve performance targets and service level metrics

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Data entry experience
• 1+ year of experience in customer support role
• 1+ year of tax / banking / mortgage / real estate industry servicing experience
• Strong proficiency in written and oral communication
