About the Team
As a member of our diverse and skilled North America Solution Consulting team, you will have the opportunity to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's applications to prospects and customers alike. It is this team's job to bring the value of Workday solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed. Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business.
About the Role
Our Presales team is a strategic partner to the sales organization and responsible for building a compelling vision of the Workday solution for our customers and prospects in some of the largest customers in the world. We take our culture as a key foundation to the way we work together and how we hold each other accountable.
Responsibilities:

Articulate the value Workday Illuminate, Workdays AI offering with a customer’s existing solution.

Describing the technical architecture of the Workday to current and new customers.

Demonstrate REST based integration patterns.

Understanding and communicating the Security, Data Privacy, Performance and Support aspects of the Workday SaaS offering. Things like SOC2, RPO, RTO and GDP.

Create content and enable Presales and Sales around acquired solutions technical aspects.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
-
2+ years of work experience in Presales/Consulting/Technology experience with an enterprise business solutions
-
2+ years of experience working with REST API integrations, security, business processes, AI, etc.
Other Qualifications:
-
Presenting technical concepts or products through technical demonstrations
-
Familiarity of security and data protection for customers
-
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence
-
Familiarity with Workday Products
-
Bachelor’s degree (or a local equivalent experience)

Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
