The Difference You Make:
The Sr. Associate, Business Analysis, is primarily responsible for working with our retail bank network and newly launched digital bank, Openbank, to help the Strategy team define the future roadmap and decision making process. This will require high level strategic thinking and solving process changes, test cases, and data mapping. We are part of an exciting initiative as we transition to becoming a digital bank with branches and are a nimble team that assesses, updates and creates the framework and strategic initiatives necessary to propel Santander forward.
Act as an ‘owner’ and a cross-functional subject matter expert that will help guide multiple functional groups as we continue to launch our digital bank throughout our physical network.
Define, prioritize, structure and execute strategic and operational initiatives which includes develop work plans, gather and synthesize data, lead analyses and develop and implement recommendations.

• Drive operating excellence for the organization, including optimizing resource allocation, measuring/reporting progress against key objectives and manage business updates/quarterly reviews. 

• Assess, develop, and execute a plan to implement a business transformation solution.
Analyze business processes to identify potential issues and uncover/prioritize levers for improvement, influence executive stakeholders to implement suggested improvements. 

• Leads teams to conduct analysis of client business processes and functional requirements; Oversee preparation of appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the findings.
• Provides leadership and direction to team members to ensure that the business requirements are appropriately defined and that an enhancement or project is warranted.
• Leads cross-functional task forces to identify and document functional requirements, work flow, information sources and distribution paths, and system specifications.
• Reviews the development of business cases to ensure the cost, service, and benefit dimensions of proposed large, complex projects are appropriately reflected.
• Analyzes the strategic profile of the organization and its environment, advising senior management on suitable policies, and the effects of policy decisions.
• Manages complex, often global, stakeholder alignment and issue resolution using sophisticated executive influence skills.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business, Economics, Accounting, Statistics or equivalent field. - Required.
9+ Years Experience in Change Management with significant direct business analysis experience in technology or financial services. - Required.
9+ Years Experience managing project teams executing cross functional projects with technology -based teams - Required.

2+ Years in a Management Consulting role - Required.
• Outstanding written and oral communications.
• Ability to understand and articulate the “big picture" to executive and leadership teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
• Excellent organizational skills, highly analytical, and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Capacity for advanced problem solving and critical thinking.

• Experience in driving stakeholder relationships, to ensure alignment across broad cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, experience with MS Project or equivalent an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to data transformation, functions/expressions, VBA, Macros.
Ability to effectively facilitate complex meetings with executives and leadership business partners across multiple functions in an organization.
Structure and package your work into compelling presentations and communications that influence various audiences including executives.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, investigative-thinking, prioritization, and program management skills.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$90,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$160,000.00 USD
