About the Department

The Transfer Agent Regulatory Oversight Team manages outsourced transfer agent vendors and internal teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Team members collaborate closely with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues and support business growth. Joining this team offers exposure to regulatory matters, cross-functional teamwork, and opportunities for professional development.

Location

Hybrid, in office 3 days per week in Rancho Cordova, CA or St. Petersburg, FL.

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $72,000.00 - $92,000, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
