Description

We are looking for the best available Senior Amazon Ads Manager who lives and breathes Amazon advertising. As the most experienced ads specialist on the team, this person is responsible for driving results through expert-level campaign strategy, execution, and analysis. They are always ahead of the curve on Amazon Ads trends and performance strategies, and they serve as the go-to expert for paid media within our Amazon department.

This role is fully focused on performance—ensuring client campaigns meet or exceed KPIs while staying within budget. The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and deeply familiar with both the technical and creative nuances of Amazon Ads.
You will be considered a freelancer for at least 90 days upon a performance evaluation in which you may become a full time employee.

Pay rate will depend on your experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Amazon ad budgets across multiple client accounts
  • Build, launch, and refine campaigns that align with client goals and broader strategic KPIs
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to scale
  • Make data-driven decisions on bidding, budgeting, and keyword targeting
  • Continuously test new campaign types, creative formats, and keyword strategies
  • Provide clear and consistent updates to the Director of Amazon on performance, trends, and strategy shifts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ad efforts align with catalog, creative, and inventory considerations
  • Lead Client Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for client strategy, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability across deliverables.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Amazon Ads experience
  • Experience working with clients, providing updates and context about Amazon sales and ad metrics
  • Experience working with CPG brands and understanding category nuances
  • Proven track record managing $5M+ in total ad spend
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon Ads tools, formats, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of online advertising principles, including attribution, funnel behavior, and audience targeting
  • Highly analytical with a passion for performance data and optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
