About the Role:

The IT department at CrowdStrike is at the forefront of enabling our company's rapid growth and technological innovation. We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to help lead the charge in building impactful Generative AI capabilities that enhance productivity, provide new internal capabilities, and unlock new opportunities for revenue.

We’re seeking a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, has strong product skills, and is passionate about AI. You will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise AI and collaborate closely with teams across Engineering, Legal, IT, Go-To-Market, Support, and more. As we continue to build out our team, you will also take on people leadership responsibilities — including managing and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and helping shape the strategic direction of the team.

What You'll Do:

  • AI roadmap development and requirements gathering. Help plan adoption and development of GenAI products and solutions that have the highest protentional ROI across the company.  Gather requirements from stakeholders across functions to deeply understand internal workflows and translate them into AI-driven opportunities, and in the process educate stakeholders about what is and is not possible with AI today.  Support resource planning to be able to execute successfully.

  • Drive agile AI project execution. Help assess vendors, and support buy vs. build decisions.  Support agile development and adoption, moving fast in order to learn and course correct as quickly as possible.

  • Measure what matters.  Define clear and measurable metrics that guide execution and demonstrate real impact on productivity and business efficiency.  Analyze usage patterns and related costs in order to ensure efficient spend.

  • Communicate with positivity and empathy.  Evangelize the potential of GenAI internally, working across functions to drive adoption and change, while appreciating that changes to ways of working can be difficult for everyone involved.  

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years working in product management at technology company.

  • Experience delivering internal-facing AI or ML-powered products.

  • Familiarity with Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, copilots, prompt tooling, evals) and a passion for staying current in the field.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in early-stage product environments—entrepreneurial, resourceful, and execution-oriented.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to align with stakeholders

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $135,000 - $225,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
