Position Summary 

Astrica ServiceNow Senior Business Analysts provide analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. This involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and working with development teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of solutions. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, translating them into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Design and document business processes and workflows within ServiceNow, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions. 
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of requirements, assist in configuring and testing ServiceNow applications.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of business processes, workflows, and solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical teams, and build positive relationships with clients. 

What you bring: 

  • 5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on involvement in platform configuration and implementation. 
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge. 
  • Ability to work within ServiceNow Agile Development modules. 
  • Experience in collaborating with technical developers and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions. 
  • Ability to lead workshops, elicit and document requirements, and validate solutions with stakeholders. 
  • Ability to leverage communication and interpersonal skills, and articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. 

Extra Awesome:

  • ServiceNow HRSD certifications (CIS-HRSD) and Employee Center Pro experience
  • ITIL v3 / 4 certification with HR service delivery application
  • Experience with multiple ServiceNow application areas, particularly Employee Workflows and Now Platform capabilities
  • HR industry knowledge and certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR credentials)
  • Experience with Workday Spoke configuration and HCM integration patterns
