Job Description Summary

Performs a number of routine tasks following set procedures in the field of Administration/Support/Service. Some problem-solving ability is required.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data entry into company systems, and review and verify the information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Respond to routine requests using form letters or emails; respond to more unusual requests by editing templates to create customized responses.
  • Schedule appointments, make arrangements for meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans, following detailed instructions to facilitate business meetings.
  • Create, organize, and maintain files containing the correspondence and records of a senior colleague.

Skills:

  • Plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives.
  • Understand and effectively use standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes.
  • Acquire, organize, protect and process data in order to fulfill business objectives.
  • Select and deploy the appropriate office system and to use it to optimum effect.

Education

High School (HS) (Required)

Work Experience

General Experience - 3 to 6 years

$55,000.00-$65,000.00
